Refund Policy

1. Custom, One-of-a-Kind Products
Every 3D figurine produced by 3dprint.miami is a unique, custom-manufactured item created specifically for each customer from photos they provide. Because each piece is individually printed and cannot be resold or reused, all sales are considered final upon shipment.
2. Customer Approval Requirement
Before any order proceeds to production, customers are required to review their generated 3D model and click the "I approve this 3D model for printing" checkbox. By approving, the customer acknowledges:
- ✦ They have reviewed the 3D model and find it acceptable for printing.
- ✦ 3D printing is an artistic interpretation of photographs and the final physical print may differ in texture, color, or fine detail from the on-screen model.
- ✦ The quality of the final print is directly influenced by the quality, quantity, and angles of the photos submitted.
- ✦ This is a custom order and is subject to the partial refund policy described below.
3. Partial Refund for Dissatisfied Orders
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your finished figurine, we offer a goodwill partial refund of 30% of the total invoice amount (including shipping). This refund is available under the following conditions:
- ✦ The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- ✦ The customer provides at least two clear photographs of the received figurine.
- ✦ The dissatisfaction is related to print quality, not to the 3D model the customer approved prior to printing.
Example: On a $138.95 order (Medium print + shipping), the goodwill partial refund would be $41.69.
4. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund is available only in the following circumstances:
- ✦ The order was lost or significantly damaged in transit (carrier documentation required).
- ✦ We were unable to produce a 3D model from the photos provided and did not proceed to print.
- ✦ A technical error on our platform resulted in the wrong item being printed.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- ✦ Orders where the customer is dissatisfied with the 3D model they approved before printing.
- ✦ Orders where low-quality, blurry, or insufficient photos were submitted and the customer was advised of this risk.
- ✦ Rush order processing fees.
- ✦ Requests submitted more than 14 days after confirmed delivery.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the received item. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
7. Shipping Policy
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $9.95. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after production is complete. Production typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of carrier loss or damage.
